ChefBear（「本應用程式」）是一款由人工智能驅動的餐飲探索應用程式。本私隱政策根據香港特別行政區《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）（「PDPO」）制定，說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護閣下的個人資料。
ChefBear ("the App") is an AI-powered dining discovery application. This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO") of Hong Kong SAR and describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

閣下的個人資料僅會用於上述所列目的或與之直接相關的用途。未經閣下同意，我們不會將閣下的資料用於任何其他目的。
Your personal data will only be used for the purposes listed above or purposes directly related thereto. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
向我們提供個人資料純屬自願。然而，若閣下未能提供所需資料，我們可能無法向閣下提供本應用程式的部分或全部服務。
我們僅以合法及公平的方式，為上述第3節所述的目的收集個人資料。收集的資料不會超過達成該等目的所需的範圍。收集資料時，我們會告知閣下收集的目的及資料的使用方式。
我們會採取合理步驟確保所持有的個人資料準確無誤。個人資料的保留時間不會超過達成收集目的所需的期限。當閣下刪除帳戶或停止使用本應用程式後，我們將在合理期限內刪除或匿名化閣下的個人資料，法律要求保留者除外。

為提供本應用程式的服務，我們可能會與以下第三方服務供應商共享閣下的資料：

我們會採取合理措施確保接收閣下資料的實體提供與 PDPO 相當的資料保護水平，包括：
Important notice: To provide the App's services, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in regions outside Hong Kong SAR, including but not limited to the United States and other regions where the above-mentioned third-party service providers operate data centres. We take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients provide a level of data protection comparable to the PDPO.
我們不會將閣下的個人資料用於直接促銷目的。
We do not use your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
如將來此政策有任何變更，我們會在使用閣下資料進行直接促銷之前取得閣下的書面同意，並會告知閣下有權免費選擇拒絕（opt-out）。
雖然 PDPO 目前並無強制要求資料外洩通報，我們承諾：
本應用程式並非針對16歲以下的兒童。我們不會在知情的情況下收集16歲以下兒童的個人資料。如閣下為家長或監護人，並發現閣下的子女在未經閣下同意的情況下向我們提供了個人資料，請透過 chefbearsupport@icloud.com 聯絡我們，我們將盡快刪除有關資料。
The App is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at chefbearsupport@icloud.com, and we will delete such data promptly.

Under sections 18 and 22 of the PDPO, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. To exercise these rights, please contact us in writing at chefbearsupport@icloud.com. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your request. A reasonable fee may be charged for processing data access requests.
本應用程式為流動應用程式，不使用瀏覽器 Cookie。然而，我們可能使用類似技術（如裝置識別碼及分析 SDK）以改善服務。閣下可透過裝置設定管理此類追蹤功能。
我們可能不時修訂本私隱政策。修訂後的版本將在本應用程式及我們的網站上公佈，並會更新生效日期。如有重大變更，我們會透過應用程式內通知或其他合理方式通知閣下。閣下在修訂後繼續使用本應用程式即表示接受修訂後的私隱政策。
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the App and on our website with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
